“Convenient and close by, but extremely upset about my privacy.”

I loved how close the property was to family and Stephensplatz, and the bathrooms were cleaned daily, which I appreciated. The kitchen wasn’t used, but I was glad that dining ware was available and usable. I would have rated this place much higher if not for the staff who, on the 2–3 days before my checkout, woke me by inserting my door code and opening the door, then shutting it again, and the same thing happened on the morning of checkout around 9–10 AM even though I still had time until 11 AM. I was awake but still in bed and not checked out. This was extremely inappropriate, with no knock or announcement, and feels like a serious invasion of privacy. I would consider returning if I visit the city again, but after these two incidents I won’t be coming back.

Clean, but the 5 sqm room was barely livable—too small for comfort, with no space for luggage. It’s not cheap.

“Great location, modern and clean, highly recommend”

The location was great, the setup was solid, rooms were spacious with a comfy bed, and having kitchen facilities and a fridge was a plus. The bathrooms were modern and came with nice waffle towels. The showers, however, seemed to flood the bathroom, there were no bath mats, and more hooks and a place to store items would help; a bench for bags would also be useful. Some signage to locate your room from the lobby would have been helpful, as it took a while to find ours.

“Alles Alles sehr zu empfehlen.”

I checked in and out without any hassle, and the whole place feels freshly renovated, tidy, and spotless. The bed and mattress were perfectly fine. The staff were very friendly and moved us to a different room with a window. The hotel sits in a central spot, about a 6‑minute walk from the subway. The only downside was that the first room I stayed in that night had no window, and there were no coat hooks in the rooms.
