Breakfast was tasty and fresh, with a choice of hot and hearty dishes and warm and cold drinks; the room was adequate for leisure time and the cleaning staff cleaned daily, but the beds could be more comfortable and the elevators should be upgraded to match the rest of the hotel.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the location was fantastic, but everything else was just okay.

The room was noisy, the soundproofing was poor, and I couldn’t sleep.

The reception staff and the food and drink service created a pleasant atmosphere, and the surroundings were nice thanks to the nearby train station within walking distance, but the elevators were cramped with only four people, so when a large group arrived by bus we had to wait a long time before reaching the upper floor.

The staff were wonderful, the food varied and new items appeared daily, but the all‑inclusive had very few drinks and the coffee came from a single machine that wasn’t the standard industrial café machine and had to be paid for.
