I recently stayed in a hotel located in a beautifully restored old town hall building, which offered a serene and central location. The hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff made my stay truly enjoyable, but I did experience a slight hiccup during check-in, as the reception wasn't staffed when I arrived early. I was quite pleased with the hotel's prime location and the delicious breakfast offerings. However, I was a bit taken aback by the rigid rules and lack of flexibility during my stay. On a lovely Saturday evening, I was surprised to find that the restaurant's terrace was no longer serving wine, despite the perfect weather. This struck me as quite inflexible and not very guest-oriented.
