I don’t understand how this app and accommodation work, but I’m completely dissatisfied. How can I rate a place when we weren’t even accommodated? My family had a funeral and I needed to host relatives. The hotel confirmed a booking for one day, but 24 hours later, via email, they said there was a system error and they couldn’t accommodate us. I called the hotel for an explanation. The poor waiter only told me that Prevadzkova said what she wrote in the email was correct. I had serious complications with accommodating relatives. That’s why I can’t see how I can rate a stay. I decided I’ll never go back and will avoid these unprofessional failures. The saddest part is that they confirmed my order twice before Christmas and then cancelled it twice.

The rooms are nice and large – they’ll even put a fridge in your room – everything is clean, and they have exterior blinds. The food tastes good, is tasty, and the price is good. It’s an excellent place for families, and next to the dining area there’s a kids’ area. The staff are young, friendly, and accommodating. I called to request a quiet, dark room with no terrace view, but I got a room overlooking the terrace and it was noisy. In the adjacent room there was a washing machine and some boiler or something, which disturbed my sleep. Room 8 had very few draft beers; they only had Šariš 10 and Plzeň, nothing much. If they had at least some bottled drinks, that would be better. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot. It’s a good hotel for families and short stays. If you want to escape city noise, look elsewhere.

The place was clean and the staff were helpful, but the bathroom door was broken and there was no fan.
