They handed me a cookie on arrival, sent texts checking if I needed anything, the bed was very comfortable, the restaurant was nice, the hot tub was great, and the location was beautiful and convenient. I was a bit confused about how to use the swipe card, but once I asked it was fine.

I was happy with the location because we caught a concert nearby, and the beds and pillows were super comfy. The restaurant was a disappointment and I only saw extra charges on my receipt after reading the email; I called them the next morning after checkout and still haven’t heard back as of 7pm.

The staff were solid and the location was great, and you’ll need underground parking because of the neighborhood, but I doubt everyone will have the same experience: my fridge wasn’t plugged in when I arrived, the bed felt soft at first but then was actually supportive, the pillows were lumpy, there was visible water damage on the shower ceiling, and the doors slam shut on their own, making a loud noise in the hallway when people or staff open them in the morning.

The check‑in process took a long time, and the area around the hotel isn’t very pleasant to stroll through; the price, service, and parking were all pricey.

The location was perfect for my event, yet the parking instructions were unclear, causing many cars to park temporarily in the drop‑off zone and preventing access to the parking lot until check‑in.
