We booked late, but they welcomed us with open arms. In the morning they opened the pool. (Sailing) it was still 25 °C. We had hoped the cottage had something chocolatey. That was the only disappointment after 132 km of cycling, 😅 but overall it’s a top spot.
The owners welcomed us warmly, the place was spotless, and the outdoor layout was well designed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, breakfast was hearty with excellent local products, though I personally wanted a bit more salty options; the history of the place was intriguing, the setting was very calm and nicely arranged, and overall we felt very welcomed. The pillows were too firm for us, but that’s a personal preference.
