Everything was perfect, and everything was also not perfect.

There was no breakfast, but everything else was fine.

The room was spotless, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive, and the air conditioning worked well, and the Ioi Mall was nearby. However, the room isn’t soundproof so we could hear other rooms, the room card was only one so we couldn’t go different ways—if I left early and my family left later, I had to get the card from them to return, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

Everything else was great; the hotel is close to a mall and restaurants, but the air conditioning isn’t very cold.
