We had a lovely house manager, and with a translation app we managed to communicate; as far as I could tell, Italian was the only language spoken. The rooms were fine, but the bedroom attached to the living area had a slight sewer smell—nothing too bad, but still present.

“My husband and I were in Serradifalco for two days to do some genealogy research on my husband’s maternal grandparents.”

The location was so peaceful and beautiful, yet the breakfast could have been more authentic.
