The place was tidy, with new, fresh surfaces, and the bed gave good sleep in a peaceful environment. The lower‑floor bathroom door was awkward and noisy, and there was a sign somewhere on the yard or wall that made you sure you were in the right spot.

It was clean with fresh linens and a coffee machine; the host was welcoming, and parking was available in the courtyard. If you stay longer, there’s a spot for a grill and a yard. The room’s half‑basement location and low ceilings (I hit my head several times at 180 cm) were problematic, and there was no lock on the room—just a standard key that works on all doors (for kids). It was cold and freezing; the heating unit worked weakly. The shower area was huge but had no towel hooks or shelves for shampoo, and there was no heater in the shower, making it unbearably cold.

It was cozy and very clean.

It offered good value and facilities. Some amenities were shared, and because the room was on an underground floor it was cold before the heat pumps kicked in. The curtains on the windows were translucent.
