The location is central, very clean, and the bed is large and comfortable. The street noise was loud inside the room (217), there was a partial blockage in the shower that caused a slight flooding (fixed only after a day). Breakfast was decent but had no coffee machine. We had no slippers in the room, and when we requested them, they delayed us and suspected we had taken them. We stayed 7 nights and 8 days, unfortunately it didn’t leave a lasting impression. In summary, I do not recommend the hotel.

“A good value place to stay in Tbilisi old town, if you don't mind compromising”

I found the spot right in Tbilisi’s old town, walking to tons of places and plenty of restaurants, and the parking was safe. The breakfast was decent, though the dining area gets cramped if you’re not careful with timing. The front‑row room was noisy from the street and felt tight for a solo traveler, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak. Every time I stepped out, I had to hand my key back to reception, which was annoying.

Everything was liked: the location, service, rooms, and staff. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel’s location and polite staff were great; every request was handled courteously and the promises were kept.
