We stopped overnight on our way to “Le Shuttle” at this new hotel; the staff were extremely helpful, moving us to a ground‑floor room because I’d have trouble with stairs, and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel’s restaurant was lovely, and we enjoyed a very good dinner—definitely worth booking a table if you’re staying overnight.

The location was great and they let dogs stay, plus there’s an electric car charger in the parking lot. The restaurant was excellent. The staff felt a bit cold and the Wi‑Fi could be better.

I was hugely disappointed with the reception. From the moment we arrived we felt like a nuisance. The staff were unfriendly, not smiling, and utterly unaccommodating. The most incomprehensible part was the restaurant management: as hotel guests we had no priority for a table, and outside customers were served before us. That’s a very disappointing operation for a hotel. We expected genuine service and hospitality, but that was unfortunately not the case. We will not return.
