“Das Hotel Goldener Stern in Kaltern kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!”
The friendliness, patience, and helpfulness of the staff created a welcoming atmosphere, while the parking situation was a challenge at first but quickly turned out to be very comfortable.
“It was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are traveling alone”
The location was excellent, right in the center of town, and there’s a bar and restaurant; breakfast had a lot of variety and the food was fresh, plus there’s a spa and pool at the back of the property. However, the rooms assigned to us were VERY SMALL, and they wouldn’t even consider upgrading us because we booked through a third party; the bathroom was enclosed with a textured glass wall and door—great for one person but offers little privacy for two, as you can hear everything happening in the bathroom; the bed was hard and there was no room to move around; additionally, the nearby church’s bells start ringing at 6am and continue sporadically throughout the day.
Het warme welkom heten. Dat er goed voor de gasten gezorgd wordt. Erg vriendelijk personeel!. Dat de airco, wanneer deze aanstaat, net zoveel geluid maakt als een aggregaat, en daarom de airco dus maar uit moet. Sochtends on 5.45 begonnen mensen het hotel binnen te lopen en lieten de deuren steeds dichtvallen mrt een harde knal. Dat was behoorlijk vervelend
