The food was good, the area was very pretty, and the lake was superb. The rooms were a bit underwhelming; we paid for a four‑person room but only received linen for two. The pool water was dirty, so we couldn’t bathe. There was no air conditioning or fridge in the room, and a few insects got in through the window screen.

The staff were very friendly, the resort was nice, the room was clean, and the à‑la‑carte breakfast was good. However, the terrace and restaurant seating were right in front of the room, and guests stayed out late talking loudly, which was clearly audible from the room. With the window open, a climate‑control unit kept turning on and off at night. I also found the bedding rather uncomfortable. Overall, I slept poorly. The room was missing a chair and a kettle.

I loved the surroundings, but cleanliness is the most important thing for a good night's sleep. I think it’s time to replace the bedding—no need for expensive pillows, just make sure the stuffing isn’t in clumps. If they swapped the sheets and used high‑quality linens, I could give it a 10. Overall, we felt comfortable.
