Die Lage ist top, es ist ein schönes altes Haus, sehr nette Leute. Es war an diesem Tag und in der Nacht extrem heiß, sodass der Lüfter auch überfordert war und schlafen extrem schwierig. Für die Temperaturen kann das Hotel aber nichts

A lovely hotel right on the German Rhine with a view of the Swiss side of Laufenburg. Easy to reach, parking is right next to the building in a car park that’s free over the weekend. The room is well furnished and very clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast offers a good selection.

From the hotel terrace and the restaurant you get a great view of the Rhine and of Laufenburg on the opposite Swiss side. A short walk down the picturesque lane to the river and across the cobblestone bridge brings you to the Swiss side. The dining room in the restaurant is decorated with a lot of wood and warm light, which I like. It was quite cold in the room; the radiators stayed cold even after I set the thermostats from frost protection to level 4 of 5. The duvet was good, so I still slept nicely warm.
