The staff were very kind, even bringing my luggage ahead of time, and they kept the room cool so it was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but it felt a bit cramped; a wider space would have been better.

I grabbed a quick coffee, chocolate, or fruit juice from the machines on the ground floor near the front desk, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel is well‑located in the train‑station area, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and there are two free onsens (men’s and women’s) on the ground floor for those who want to use them. It is a bit pricey, but that’s in line with what you’d expect in this part of Shikoku.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic and the hotel's old-world charm was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed having access to a public bath on site. However, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, especially in my room where the toilet was extremely small and had a unpleasant odor.
