“Be careful while checking in”

The front desk tried to mislead us by insisting we stay in one larger room instead of honoring the two separate rooms we had booked and paid for in advance; that was unpleasant. The service was tricky and underwhelming.

“Good location with poor attitude”

The location was fine, but I had prepaid for three rooms for three people and the reception tried twice to trick us into staying together in a single family room on September 30 and October 1; it was very unpleasant.

The location was perfect, right next to the tram and metro line. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer any request. Hygiene standards were high and everything was organized. In other hotels in the Laleli district, breakfasts were usually basic, but here the breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. After checking out, we had to leave the room and store our luggage, and the receptionist offered us a refreshment before we left, which was unusual since they had no further obligation to us. Overall, I felt like a valued guest rather than a paying customer, and the stay fully met my expectations.
