We were thoroughly charmed by the staff, who were very kind and responsive. The location is excellent, close to the center and on a quiet street. It was welcoming, clean, and smelled nice. Everything needed was there—hair dryer, iron, fridge, etc. The room size was fantastic, spacious and pleasant. However, a few basic things didn’t satisfy us and should be fixed or renovated for greater comfort. First, the mattress was terribly poorly cushioned and uncomfortable; one side sagged badly and sleeping was impossible. The curtains were torn and not in place, so light reached the room early in the morning even though there were dark drapes. The TV was of low quality and, despite the quiet street, everything outside could be heard. In the bathroom there were no hooks, shelves, etc., making bathing quite inconvenient and you had to wonder where to put things.

The rooms were spacious and the two of them had large bathrooms, and there was a nearby pizzeria with great pizza. The Wi‑Fi was missing entirely; we called the front desk about the internet but no one responded.
