I kept in touch with the staff long after I left and they were incredibly helpful; the team went well beyond the usual standard, delivering service at three times the expected level.

Our stay at the hotel had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the location was great, the room was spacious, and we appreciated having our own beach access and air conditioning. However, we were disappointed by the presence of mold in the corners, the dirty fridge, and the fact that the door could only be closed by jamming it shut. Additionally, the balcony and bathroom weren't thoroughly cleaned, which was a letdown.

During our 3-night stay, we experienced the hotel's secondary role as a wedding venue, with three events happening during our visit, from 9 am to 4 pm. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, and we appreciated the in-room fridge and TV, which we had to request from reception.
