The Deluxe Double Room offers a large double bed and an optional crib for a second guest. An en‑suite bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, and provides honeycomb‑cotton bathrobes and slippers. Climate control and connectivity features are provided within the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, yet the £25 parking fee feels too high.

The room was nice and the place sits right near the station, but there was no food or drinks on site—maybe we misunderstood the booking, so we went out for coffee and breakfast. Parking proved tricky; we had to ask someone to move their car so we could leave. The reception desk was sometimes unmanned, making it hard to get in the first time.

The hotel is right next to shops and restaurants, and the décor is stunning—felt like a princess in my room. Caroline at reception was flawless, super friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely return. There was nothing I didn’t like; it was perfect.

This hotel is truly beautiful, one of the best I've stayed in, and its first‑class location right next to the station is a huge plus. The real star was manager Caroline 😃, who spent time telling us about Quebec's unique history and showed us some of its gorgeous rooms; she was welcoming, personable, and made the stay unforgettable 🫡👌🏼🫶🏻!! The only issue was the air‑co breaking down the second day, but Caroline immediately arranged a portable unit. If only all hotels were like Quebec.
