There were plenty of free extras in the lobby like coffee and beauty items, the location was good and the staff were friendly, yet the room was truly tiny at 9 m², had no natural light—just a covered window behind a closed curtain that felt suffocating—and dust on several surfaces suggested it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned; we stayed in room 903.
