I was terrified when the lift suddenly rose to the sixth floor in the middle of the night with nobody inside; when I asked the front desk they said it might have been a remote control test and wondered if this had happened before, suggesting they should warn guests about such midnight experiments.

The staff were extremely friendly and the place looked bright enough, and even though I arrived late they gave a pleasant rundown of the room; the only downside was the room felt a tad small and the pillowcases were worn out, with little fuzz balls coming off them.
