Very clean, the cleaning is thorough. Breakfast is tasty. English communication is good. There’s a men’s toilet near the entrance, a women’s toilet farther away, and a shared shower, so it’s easy to use. The reception has a counter and a table where you can have breakfast or tea. The property was apparently a former Japanese restaurant that was renovated. No inconveniences felt. The surrounding area is under construction, but the location is quite good.

The staff is amazing and gave us exceptional service! We hadn’t planned much and they were a great help! They even drove us to our next destination. Top notch!

Really nice guesthouse located 5 minutes from the main square. Amenities are clean and modern. Washing and drying available for 15000 MNT. Our receptionist Uni and her son were the definition of Mongolian hospitality. They were very kind and helpful!!
