Not much to say; it was a basic caravan, and you need passes for everything, even to enter the club house. I paid £180 just for the night to watch the poor entertainment, so it might be cheaper to book directly with the park.

“Perfect stop over for Clacton Airshow”

The caravan is easy to find and sits in a great spot on the site; as expected for a new unit, it was immaculate, and the housekeeping team deserves special thanks for the exceptional pre‑arrival preparation. The bedding departs nicely from the plain white linens you see elsewhere, adding a more inviting and distinctive feel. The caravan is fully equipped, supplying everything needed for a comfortable stay, even if you’re staying long. The only thing that could be better is the check‑in process. The confirmation email said that check‑in instructions would be sent on the day, but they never came, so I had to chase them myself. That was a bit tough with the crowds at Clacton Beach and the poor mobile data during the airshow, so I had to walk a long way from the event area to look for messages. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was excellent and I had no other problems.

“Amazing”

The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The owners were fantastic with communication and easy to reach, and the caravan itself was amazing; I would definitely recommend it.

The place looks tidy, but it only accepts 7 adults, no kids, and the guys are short—no room for us. We paid a lot for arriving early, a couple of hours, and still had to leave by 10, which is absurd. There’s no coffee, no tea, no salt, no sugar, and the staff just apologized but still treated us like we were cheap. 😡😡😡😡
