Breakfast was good, but the room lacked sufficient facilities; the bathroom had lower‑standard towels and toiletries.

What a wonderful stay this was. The stunning, snow‑capped mountain views from the room window felt like living in a dream. The staff were very cordial, courteous, and attentive to every need. The food was good and offered a variety that suited our tastes. Overall, we had a fabulous experience at Vivaan.
