The spot is spot on, just a stone's throw from Trastevere terminal, saving a ton of time, and the cleaning staff was super friendly. The only downside was a bit of noise from the adjoining room.

I was furious and let down by the host. I didn’t get a visa for Italy, so my whole vacation collapsed, and I tried to explain my situation to the hotel twice (!!!): that I’d lost about 3000 euros and wanted a free cancellation because it wasn’t my fault. They denied my request without a word, twice! All about money and no humanity. I would never recommend this place.

The location is fantastic, right beside the train station with frequent trips to Rome’s center. The room was roomy with a lovely balcony, and the shared kitchen was a real convenience. The bathroom had some drain flies and other bugs, and the AC leaked water if left on for too long.

The staff were very attentive. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfy, the air conditioning was new and cooled well. The bathroom was spacious. With the keys you’re given you can get into everything without trouble. There’s a great pizzeria downstairs, and you can walk to the center. There’s some renovation going on, but we understand it’s part of the improvement. We didn’t have any problems with it.
