“Great stay in the heart of a wonderful city”
It sits right behind Marks Square but feels calm; everything is within walking distance and you’ll find new places around every corner. Breakfast is served in your room, and there are restaurants and bars nearby. The only downside is a few stairs and no lift.
“Se dovessi tornare a Venezia soggiornerei di nuovo qui!”
The place was very welcoming, clean, and in an excellent spot. The staff were super helpful and friendly, but the room's soundproofing was lacking.

The room was lovely with good A/C, and breakfast was brought to the room, thank you. The ladies and gentlemen who run the place were very helpful and extra accommodating, and the location was great, just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco. The only downside was that the stairs were a long climb.
The location is perfect—close to major tourist spots, bars, and supermarkets—in a very safe neighbourhood with easy public transport access, and the host is very helpful and friendly.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is good, but there is no elevator. I found the fact that the shower towel wasn’t replaced at all, even though it wasn’t necessary to change all towels, to be below expectations for the location; a bit of bathroom upkeep is needed (the towels were still damp when I returned in the evening).
