I liked the design of the facilities—cozy, rustic, and mystical. The beach club is lovely, the beach itself is divine, the sea colors are beautiful, and there are no waves so you can walk along and the water stays calm. My family and I truly enjoyed it!

You have a beach club and can walk to the center; I brought my pets and everyone was very friendly. I would have liked the option to have eggs cooked to order for breakfast—like fried or scrambled—rather than just the deli choices they offered.

The location is outside the center (quieter) but still within walking distance. We really liked the beach club, spent several days there, and felt very comfortable. The room is tastefully decorated, and the whole hotel is well done. The staff are helpful. We’d repeat the experience! A great choice to enjoy Holbox. A few improvements needed: a fridge in the room and blinds.
