The bed was fine, but the staff were rude and seemed to think they were above everyone.

I didn’t like it much. The staff were fine except for the guy at check‑in; when I re‑booked, I could see him re‑booking us and he seemed to think he was above us. The minibar wasn’t restocked and I was charged a 100‑bond fee, whereas the first guy didn’t charge anything.

The rooms were good, but I didn’t like the extra bed.

The courtesy shuttle was very convenient. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean.
