“comfy bed clean toilet except some rude hotel guests, hotel must take action on guests like this”
The toilet is clean and the interior is quite nice and up to date, but on the first night guests across the room were smoking, the smoke filled the room, and a guest played loud music as if they owned the hotel; with the doors partially open I couldn’t sleep because of the smoke and the music. Even after I shouted and asked them to be quiet, they kept playing the music and smoking. I told the receptionist, but he said he didn’t understand what I was saying.
