The room was very relaxing, and the hotel’s indoor and outdoor facilities let adults and kids have fun; dinner had a limited variety but enough, and the local breakfast had more options with freshly fried eggs and omelettes. The table spacing was a bit tight in some areas, but the front desk, dining staff, and transportation attendants were all friendly and proactively asked about needs—five‑star service! The outdoor area has small black mosquitoes to watch out for, and the check‑in QR code line was a bit long.

There was nothing positive at all! The fees were high, the equipment didn’t match the cost, the staff quality was poor, the accommodation was dusty, and overall management was low quality.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the indoor hot‑spring pool was fantastic, and the hotel’s activities were fun – I loved the drift‑car, electric scooters, and the slides at both indoor and outdoor pools; the changing rooms were great and the ice‑machine on the floor was superb. However, the queues for facilities were long, the hotel is huge and tiring to walk around, the 7‑Eleven is far away, the dinner menu isn’t very kid‑friendly (the steak can’t be cooked well‑done), there’s no water heater on the floor, and the room’s kettle gave me a weird feeling after hearing a story about people using kettles to boil their socks.

The room was spacious and the bathtub was just right, while the hotel’s facilities catered to guests of all ages. The bar had a great live‑music vibe and the singer was impressive. A 7‑11 right next door was a thoughtful touch. Even though the area around the hotel felt barren, the on‑site amenities were clearly designed with guest convenience in mind, and the food was tasty. Because I booked two different room types, we were placed in separate buildings, which was a minor flaw but didn’t really matter.
