The facilities were clean. At night a person was in the shower, and the chatter and hair dryer noise were disturbing.

The private capsule had a decent size that felt comfortable, and the luggage could be spread out nicely with a safe for peace of mind; a desk and chair were also present, and the TV and power outlets were perfectly placed. Other guests’ footsteps and rustling were audible, so mutual consideration is needed, but it was very quiet at night (there might have been a slight misprint during the stay). ReFa hair dryer, straightener, and lotion were all properly stocked and used a lot (laughs). The women’s large bath tub was unusable, but the sauna and cold bath were thoroughly enjoyed. On the second floor there was a microwave and kettle, so meals could be eaten there; the kettle was always full of water. Everything was kept clean and pleasant at all times. The robe, towel, and amenity set were all individual per person. The mattress was comfortable enough for deep sleep, and for the two nights the bedding was properly arranged. The location is excellent: a convenience store, downtown, and arcade are nearby, making wandering enjoyable; Don Quijote and Daiso are close as well. The bus stop and tram station are near, and Kumamoto Castle is walkable. The trip focused on disaster volunteering and visiting the castle, both of which were fulfilled. The stay influenced the overall trip positively, making the first visit to Kumamoto a great memory. After checkout, luggage storage was offered, allowing light travel. The staff were courteous, and I definitely want to return. The only issue was that the private shower on the women’s floor had trouble producing hot water; there might have been a switch somewhere, but since there is a large bath, it was not a personal problem.

They do NOT have showers except for the two next to the pool.

女性専用フロアでした。 清潔で、他にお客さんがエリアにいなかったため快適でした. 大浴場のお風呂に浸かれなかったのは残念ですが、シャワーは使えたので良かったです
