Make sure soap is available in the bathroom. The elevator was an issue.

The hotel was nice, but the room was noisy and the bathroom wasn’t clean; there were a lot of hairs on the floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming reception staff, who accommodated my early arrival due to a travel change with open arms and provided me with all the necessary facilities to check in ahead of schedule.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, which was a huge plus for me. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water in the shower, which made my stay less comfortable.

The hotel staff's kindness and attention to detail were truly impressive, but my room's outdated facilities were a bit of a letdown.
