“Satisfatória do ponto de vista de estrutura física, podendo melhorar. Excelente atendimento.”

Antes do check-in, mandei mensagem perguntando se havia disponibilidade de itens sem glúten no café da manhã, pois estou de dieta. Responderam que não, mas que iriam providenciar para mim. Realmente, quando me identifiquei no salão do café, logo trouxeram pão e bolo feitos especialmente para mim. A estrutura física está merecendo manutenção e melhorias

I loved everything that the hotel offers! The rooms are spotless, the room service is excellent, and all the staff treated me super well! Not to mention the breakfast, which is wonderful!!!

“Foram dias tranquilos”

The hotel is nice but very simple. It delivers what it promises. It isn’t a place for many luxuries. The breakfast is simple but okay. My only “complaint” would be that the high price I paid does not match the accommodation’s structure.

“Boa localização, bom café da manhã e limpeza diária, mas com pontos a melhorar.”

The breakfast was good, and every day the room was cleaned and towels were changed. They also left a basket of snacks, which was a very pleasant touch! The pool is large, and the bathroom shower stall is also spacious. The location is great, close to the historic center. For electric car owners, there’s a nearby Ipiranga station with fast charging; we had a Dolphin Mini and could charge it without any issues. The bed isn’t comfortable, and I’m not sure what’s happening with the shower water, but it leaves the hair terrible! Both my husband’s and my hair were hard to comb, even though we’re naturally wavy. At first I thought it was the shampoo and conditioner, but when my husband said the same thing, I realized it might be the water. I washed my hair with my own products and it was still the same. The beach right in front of the hotel doesn’t seem very good, and the better beaches are at least 14 minutes by car away. Praia das Pitangueiras isn’t very big and was crowded on Sunday because of Children’s Day. The nearby parking lots are makeshift, on grassy lots, like a house that offers parking space. The nearest beach with plenty of space was Guaecá, about 22 minutes by car. Another negative was the lack of flexibility with times. Our check‑in on Saturday was scheduled for 14:00, but due to an unforeseen event we could only arrive at 18:00. On Tuesday I asked if I could check out a bit later, but the request was denied. I understand there are rules and times to follow, but I missed a bit more flexibility.
