The location is spot on, just a five‑minute walk from the airport.
“Bello”
The spot is great, but the reception staff were not helpful at all.
Solid eight out of ten. The staff are friendly, professional, and speak English well. Housekeeping comes daily, the AC and Wi‑Fi work nicely, and the hotel is close to everything you need, including beachside restaurants. I recommend the breakfast buffet at Olivio. For the shower and sink drains, I’d put a wet rag over them to block sewer gas, and I use YouTube white noise to drown out traffic when I sleep. The ocean‑view patio is only on the top floor.
Parking is fine as long as you only need a little space.
“Way too loud”
There was literally nothing good about it. The hotel sits on a busy road, windows and doors let in a lot of noise, and a staff member just shrugged when I asked about it. The language barrier was huge; English isn’t even a first language here, but at least basic communication would have been expected. I had to cancel my stay.
