The view is extraordinary, with a private ski lift and hiking trails right outside the door, and the wellness area is great with superb service, staff, and offerings. The dinner was rather bland and unoriginal, and the service staff were sometimes dissatisfied; guests can overhear complaint conversations. Not every guest is informed about the bonus system.

The hotel is lovely with a fantastic pool. The room offers coffee/tea, towels for the pool, and morning jackets. The food is truly excellent, there are plenty of parking spots, and the location is beautiful. In summer the dining room becomes too warm, unfortunately.

There is plenty of space and quiet in the hotel, but waiting at the reception both when arriving and when leaving is annoying.
