Overall it was very nice, plenty of food that wasn’t junk, the hotel facilities were pleasant, and we’ll probably come back.

“fantastic place to stay - highly recommended”

There was a good variety of food for everyone. The staff were very helpful and polite. The cleaning crew was well‑behaved and deserves great praise. The water was too cold in the children’s pool with slides.

The staff’s approach was ideal (friendly, smiling) – especially the cleaning crew. The food was perfect for everyone. Rooms and the hotel area were cleaned daily. The sea was fairly close. There was an unpleasant smell in the room’s bathroom even with 24‑hour ventilation. The toilets at the bottom opposite the dining area were quite dirty. The water was quite cold for children in the smaller pools, especially at the boat.

The absolute best part of my stay was the staff. From the front desk and kitchen staff to the cleaning crew, lifeguards, and everyone else – they were incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. The food was generally very good, though a few times it fell short of the usual standard. The water slide was very dirty, with a thick layer of grime and dirt on the outside that looked unhygienic. Inside the room, the bathroom had mold in several spots. Worse, the mattress was unclean and had visible stain marks on it.

We brought kids and everything was great: the slides, the animators, the bartenders, the food!! The sea is just a 5‑minute walk away, and there you can ride a water scooter, a motorcycle, a banana, a tablet, etc. All the kids were thrilled!
