“Not the best”
There was no English staff, no bath towels or blankets, and more problems existed.

It’s close to the interstate, but there were a lot of people coming in and out.

The cleaning was subtle, there were house‑keeping issues, a wet floor in the bath, a musty smell likely from the A/C set too high or the temperature not turned on during humid conditions, a walk‑through prep could have turned on the A/C before arrival, furniture was very worn with missing finishes on several pieces, a light didn’t work beside it, and overall it was mostly small details and upkeep issues.

I was double‑charged $75 twice and I want a refund.
