“Overall good”

It wasn't really that close, about 4-5 miles to the nearest town, but overall good. It was far to grab stuff, and the food was lacking.

The check‑in was quick and the room was clean, but the shower in our room had very low water pressure, making our bath unpleasant.

“Not worth the expense, avoid.”

The room was roomy and the beds comfortable, yet the shower was terrible with awful water pressure, difficult to turn off, and the tub was very slippery. The cold tap took 5 minutes to get cold, so getting the right temperature for showers and the sink was slow. We never had housekeeping, though when we complained they did replace the towels. They added a destination fee of $30 per night on top of what we paid, even though we were told the price included all fees at booking. The hotel cost over $600 a night and was not worth it. We booked with breakfast included, but as a group of three adults and a 16‑year‑old, breakfast was only available to two adults and two children under 12; this was not clear at booking and may not be the hotel’s fault.

The staff were great and friendly throughout our stay, but I was disappointed by the misunderstanding about the free breakfast.

“exceeded expectations and will stay there again”

The reception staff were very nice, dinner food was excellent, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable, though the pillows were soft and thin.
