“Magnifique ville”
The hotel’s location is right in the center of Old Genoa. Nothing to add.
“Sonst alles gut”
The place is well situated. To get anything to drink outside the hotel you have to order something to eat, which is a joke.
Breakfast staff handled a celiac guest’s gluten intolerance with professionalism, offering a rich spread of healthy choices. I expected a 4‑star hotel to provide complimentary items like a vanity kit with cotton swabs and pads, decent shampoo and lotion, and a daily water bottle. Aside from that, everything else was good and comfortable.
The location is very well situated; everything can be reached on foot, and the breakfast is good.
The central spot and proximity to the Aquarium were perfect for those of us who wanted to visit. The room was clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were great. Nothing negative.
