The photos were misleading; the room looked nothing like the pictures, the music was blaring all night, the sofa and bed were uncomfortable, and everything was very dirty and noisy. The pictures look great but in reality is disgusting.

Nothing about the stay pleased me, and the place felt unsafe.

The facilities were good.

The location was very convenient, close to the metro, making it easy to reach any place. The kitchen was pleasant and well equipped. The room matched the photos and had everything we needed, so we had nothing missing. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty. In addition, there was a shop in the building whose music was very loud and played daily until 5–6 am; the noise was so annoying that the beds shook and sleep was practically impossible. The surrounding area was also disappointing, the neighborhood seemed unpleasant, and on the streets you often saw clearly intoxicated people, which was quite stressful. Outside the window was a mess.

We cooked there and it felt like home, but the cookers need to be replaced with new ones. The lady was there, which was great for looking after us and cleaning. We need a lift.
