A decent hotel right in the centre of Jaffna.
The staff are very nice and friendly, but we didn’t like the washroom.
The staff are very pleasant, the breakfast is delicious, there’s ample parking, and the location is very convenient.
The place sits in a prime downtown spot with excellent parking, and the staff—Kajan, a respectful and professional front‑office member, and Sanjay, a caring waiter who brings positive vibes—make the stay enjoyable. Still, kitchen coordination could improve, and the rooms would benefit from simple updates; also, an unnecessary staff member who meddles in guests’ personal lives should be removed to enhance comfort.
“For work, to meet basic requirements its alright. Not for a family holiday kind of hotel.”
The location is central, but the breakfast was spoiled and below standard.
