It’s a wonderful property and the perfect spot for relaxation. A spice garden is just a few kilometers away, and there’s a spa with professional therapists very close by. We enjoyed traditional Sri Lankan food, especially lake fish. The staff pays special attention to elderly guests and provides extra care. The location is easily accessible from the Colombo‑Trincomalee road. They offer a homely service and the family running the business is very kind and flexible. The property also has an organic fruit garden. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The house was one of the best family stays I’ve had in Habarana. It sits a couple of blocks from the main road in a very quiet spot surrounded by a small garden full of trees, birds and butterflies. The owner was extremely kind, helpful and offered unmatched hospitality; they live next to the room and are available around the clock. I ordered all meals from them during my three‑day stay and the homemade Sri Lankan dishes prepared by the owner’s wife were delicious. Talking with the owner was fascinating—they generously shared a lot about the village’s history, the current situation, and some of their own life experiences. Thank you again for all the hospitality and for making the homestay so comfortable with personal touches. Highly recommended for any local or foreign guest.

The villa is newly opened and the rooms are comfortable with A/C. The setting is calm and surrounded by greenery. The host speaks good English and we appreciated their cordial hospitality. The villa sits centrally to all the major historical and cultural sites such as Sigiriya, Dambulla, Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura. Taxi service is available. The village tour and elephant safari they arranged for us were fantastic, and we enjoyed the colourful cultural show. It’s a walking distance from the property. The food is very delicious. We travelled from Colombo to Habarana by train, and they gave us transport from the station. The villa is less than ten kilometres from the station.
