Everything is centered! The duplex apartments are the best. Everything is excellent!
The neighborhood is nice and quiet even though it’s close to bars, and the mattress is good. I booked a room with a kitchen, but because the hotel was fully booked they handed me a smaller room without a kitchen. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but it was embarrassing that they offered no apology, compensation, or refund.
The hotel staff are excellent, always making sure you have a pleasant stay in Bogotá.

I’ve stayed at a handful of local hotels, and this one tops them all. The only downside is the same playlist looping every day—after a while you start to know exactly what’s coming next.

They kept my luggage free of charge for two weeks. We’ve stayed here twice; if you can, ask for rooms that are reachable by elevator—they’re quieter and cleaner. The area isn’t great; you always need a taxi. Breakfast could be better.
