While the hotel's staff provided excellent service, the overall experience was let down by the hotel's remote location, cramped and poorly designed suite, and subpar breakfast service.

The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, but the stay was marred by a lack of guidance from the hotel staff.

This hotel offered a convenient location, but unfortunately, the breakfast service was lacking, with items running out quickly and no refill options available, including water.

Our stay at this exceptional property in Barrerinhas was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rodrigo at the reception. From arranging taxis to ensuring our stay was seamless, Rodrigo went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
