The room was run down and very dirty, especially the floor, which felt oily, sticky, and smelly. The toilet door couldn’t lock, and there was a black stain on the bedsheet.

I was scammed into throwing an empty cigarette box that was already empty before checking in; I thought I could toss it in the rubbish bin they had set up, but I ended up being fined for smoking in the room. The air conditioner was too loud and the heater never worked.

I’m still waiting for the official payment invoice, which is frustrating.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was and the pleasant scent that lingered throughout the room.
