They fed us in the hotel’s first‑floor restaurant, which is built in a Carpathian style, so the food felt authentic. It was incredibly tasty and filling; my friend couldn’t finish his breakfast. The coffee was magical! Unfortunately, the transfer to Kvasii only runs in the morning.

The rooms were very comfortable, close to the train station and right next to the bus stop, so a taxi isn’t necessary and you can get there anytime. The security is solid. The kitchenette lets you reheat food or make tea/coffee. The breakfasts were tasty.

Unfortunately, this time our contact with the hotel was disappointing. When we left, our items were left in the room: a tray of red fish and a 400 g pack of cream cheese. We were sure the staff would call us (the contact number was in the booking) to let us know about the left‑behind items, but instead everything was just thrown away. That was very unpleasant. Additionally, during our stay there were technical issues: the room TVs didn’t work, and the tap couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature—only hot or ice‑cold water was available. These problems seriously spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. We hope that in the future the staff will be more attentive to guests’ belongings and the technical condition of the rooms will be up to standard.
