We first got the wrong room, and overall everything was not as advertised—there was mold, and the “sea view” was actually a hallway. The sheets and couch had stains, the bed had a deep dent, the kitchen area seemed burnt, the outlets didn’t work, and there were huge language barriers. Very dissatisfied.

Nothing. We arrived and there was no living spirit. The house needed cleaning and we found something dirty and disgusting near the “pool” that was the size of a bathtub. The hotel was empty of people, unpleasant. From the outside the room looked more like a orphanage than a hotel. The TV screen was open outside and reinforced the feeling that it was a haunted house. We walked around to see if the hotel was even in a different building, and the hotel that did exist treated us very nicely. After all that, we went to get the car from the place called Aurora. Suddenly a couple of old people in a Mercedes arrived. The woman told the man to close the parking for us, and he kept us for a quarter hour without letting us leave until I spoke to him firmly and told him I could leave immediately. Apparently there’s a complication and he opened the gate. Later someone, probably the hotel owner or the son of the two old people, texted me saying they were waiting for us from 20:45, while check‑in was supposed to start at 13:00 and we arrived at 18:00.

Good location and very affordable, with parking space available. The pool was quite small, and the room received little natural light because of its location.

The location was a bit off the beaten path and the walk up to the front was steep, but that didn’t ruin the overall experience. The bathroom was tiny, and the door wouldn’t open fully because the bidet blocked it; the cold water barely trickled. The pool was nice, though it could have been cleaner, and on the last day I spotted mosquito larvae.
