The staff were very friendly, and the food was quite good and varied. The fruit and salad bars were especially nice. The hotel also has a large pool and a small but pleasant outdoor area, with chickens casually walking around, which was quite funny. There is free parking right in front of the main entrance, and two large Lidl‑style supermarkets are located just next door. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from the main town & beaches area, surrounded by a large, rather unattractive field, which unfortunately is also heavily littered. Food is mostly overfried. Finding even a remotely decent coffee at the hotel was impossible. There was only one espresso machine at the lobby bar, but when I asked for coffee in the morning, the staff member simply refused and told me that the next available coffee machine would open at 10:30 by the pool. For a hotel, this was honestly quite weird. The elevator system also seemed unnecessarily inefficient. The hotel had three elevators, two of which were operating, but each had a separate call button. As a result, everyone pressed both buttons while waiting, calling both elevators and making the wait longer for everyone. For a couple travelling without children, the hotel also felt rather heavily overcrowded. For families with children, however, the lively atmosphere might actually be a bonus. I also booked what I believed was an all‑inclusive, but later discovered that we had actually been given full board, which did not include drinks at the bars. The drinks tasted very artificial anyway, but being unexpectedly refused service was still very unpleasant, I would still recommend checking the booking details carefully before staying here.
