When I arrived, the room assigned to me was not in any of the photos on Booking; it had a dirty wall, a filthy kitchen, and the bathroom was so grimy that we had to wash the toilet ourselves. The building was number 4, and the person in charge of that building was in terrible shape. I called the phone number the app gave me, spoke to someone, and was moved to a room in building 3. That change made the stay acceptable; otherwise I would have rated zero. Building 3 is cleaner and more organized, and the caretaker keeps it very tidy. I have no complaints about dogs or cats, but I think they should be confined to specific areas or floors because some parts of the building smell strongly of pets. Overall, building 3 was excellent.

Cleanliness, order, close to the stop, and easy access to the location. Friendly and welcoming staff. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Warm, comfortable beds with clean sheets. Warm water and clean showers.
