“I wouldn’t never come back to this hotel”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was subpar, and the lack of hot water was a major issue. The hotel's overall cleanliness was also a letdown, with dirty pillows, worn towels, and a grimy lift and hallway. To top it off, the receptionist was unfriendly and didn't seem to listen to my concerns, making me feel like I wasn't getting good value for my money.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, with a clean and welcoming space that made me feel right at home. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed and answering all my questions. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

I was disappointed by a few oversights during my stay, including not enough blankets and toiletries for my room's occupancy. I also noticed that there was no mat outside the toilet, which seemed like a missed opportunity for added cleanliness. To make matters worse, the check-out process was slow and disorganized, with a long wait for confirmation that my room was ready.

“I think it’s fine to stay here if you need a cheap place to stay, but it’s lacking care”

While I appreciated the hotel's convenient location and basic breakfast offerings, my room was a letdown. Despite new ownership, the room still had old furniture, outdated hotel materials, and showed signs of wear and tear. The room was dirty, and I encountered issues with the shower and towel rack, which detracted from my overall experience.
